Child Adolescent Health

This program helps kids, teens, and young adults ages 0-21 with many health services including:

  • Help finding a doctor or dentist
  • Well-child exams
  • Dental exams
  • Oral health services (screen, fluoride varnish, sealant)
  • EducationDevelopment screens
  • Immunizations (shots)
  • Lead screens
  • Help finding other resources


Fees are based on income and most people pay no fee. If you would like to sign up for the program or have a family to refer, please call our office.
