Maternal Health
The Maternal Health program provides education and support services for pregnant women. Services include:
- Help finding a doctor or dentist
- Help signing up for Medicaid
- Risk assessments
- Nurse visits in the home and/or in the office
- Education
- Oral health services (screen, fluoride varnish)
- Help with transportation to health-related appointments
- Depression screens
- Social Worker
- Home visit after the baby is born
- Help finding other resources
- Spanish interpreter on staff
- Interpreter for other languages by phone
Fees are based on income and most people pay no fees. If you would like to sign up for the program or have a family to refer, please call our office at 712-263-3303.
