Maternal Health

The Maternal Health program provides education and support services for pregnant women. Services include:

  • Help finding a doctor or dentist
  • Help signing up for Medicaid
  • Risk assessments
  • Nurse visits in the home and/or in the office
  • Education
  • Oral health services (screen, fluoride varnish)
  • Help with transportation to health-related appointments
  • Depression screens
  • Social Worker
  • Home visit after the baby is born
  • Help finding other resources
  • Spanish interpreter on staff
  • Interpreter for other languages by phone

Fees are based on income and most people pay no fees. If you would like to sign up for the program or have a family to refer, please call our office at 712-263-3303.
