The agency continues to be involved with the Stork's Nest/Baby Boutique. Initial funding was made possible through an Empowerment grant and collaboration with the Family Steps Program since opening in July 2002. The Boutique is a store located at the First United Methodist Church, which is staffed by Lutheran Services in Iowa, Crawford County Public Health and AEA-12.

Participants in the Boutique must be pregnant and/or have a child(ren) younger than 2 years old. The Boutique allows participants to "spend" points on a variety of baby items. Participants can earn points in various ways. Some of the ways include: early prenatal care, parenting classes, getting their high school diploma, GED, assisting in the store with interpreting and attending classes offered by the Boutique twice a month.

Classes are held on the 4th Monday of each month with the store being open from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Classes include a variety of topics and are combined to include both English and Spanish speaking participants from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
