The Senior Health Program promotes wellness for older adults by providing health assessments and health education.

Senior Health also serves as an entry point into the health care system for medically under-served seniors. The clinic provides screening to detect health problems and assists with follow-up to the physicians or provides other community resources. The screening includes a general physical assessment, social and health history, height, weight blood sugar, hemoglobin, cholesterol, urinalysis, hemocult test, vision screening, hearing screen, and blood pressure check.

The Elderbridge Agency on Aging provides funding for the clinic for persons 60 years of age and older.
